Does the training count as CPD?

Yes, all of our training counts towards Continued Professional Development and can be used for revalidation. The webinars are delivered live to allow participation and attendees are encouraged to participate.

When will I receive my certificate of attendance?

Certificates are generated upon submission of feedback and available for download directly from the MedAll platform for healthcare professionals, they are not emailed out by Smart Health Solutions. The feedback link will be sent out within 2 business days of the training followed by a reminder, please check your spam box if it does not arrive in your inbox. Healthcare professionals can register an account with MedAll and certificates will be automatically added to your e-portfolio for future access, once you register on MedAll, your certificates can be found in your profile under the achievements tab by clicking HERE

I can’t access my MedAll account.

Will I receive handouts for the training I have attended?

Yes! Handouts to supplement training are available on MedAll upon submission of your feedback. Handouts and slides are labelled ‘catch-up content’ and a link is emailed automatically when feedback is submitted.

How can I submit my feedback?

Smart Health Solutions will send out an evaluation link and reminders from the MedAll platform after the training. Click on it and submit your answers. Please check your spam folder if it isn’t in your inbox.

How can I make a booking?

If you have been sent a webpage link/email by your local commissioner with course dates for your area, simply click the registration links. Commissioners are updated with your details by SHS so please ensure you are eligible to attend the training before booking.

Unfortunately, I missed the online session, is there an opportunity to view this training?

No, we don’t record our training sessions. They are delivered live by our fantastic trainer as a participatory component to CPD.

I couldn’t access the webinar, can I have the handouts?

The handouts are provided only to those that attended our training. We suggest you book another session to attend. Zoom produces a timed attendance report which will be checked prior to informing the commissioner of any apparent access issues joining the training.

Can you notify me about any new training dates?

Training varies depending on the area in which you work. Your local commissioner will decide on training availability and notification method. This could be via email or a dedicated bespoke webpage on Smart Health Solutions. If in doubt, please contact your local commissioner or complete the form below.
