Excellent, relatable presenter, provided lots of prospective and background to the NHS health checks. Helped build confidence and helped guide to the right resources. Clear and concise, use of visual aids and regular breaks. A lot of information to take onboard and this was recognised by our Trainer throughout.

Fantastic and engaging expert speaker. I thought the imagery used was helpful in developing patient understanding, but happens too simplistic in isolation. Handout is comprehensive and really helpful; can see myself using it as an aide memoire in practice.

I have to say this was the best course I have ever done throughout my time in the NHS, due to Michaela who presented it. She taught it in a unique and very visual way that did not make the content dry and helped me to retain the information we learnt that day.

Michaela was absolutely fantastic, she approached the learning level that was right for us, she made it interactive, fun and in a way that I have retained the knowledge!!! One of the best training sessions I have been on.

The pace and delivery of the on-line training was excellent. The short regular breaks were valued as was the interaction throughout the training.

I thought the trainer was excellent lively, good use of props to explain difficult concepts. Lots of mini breaks to allow us to screen break to stop that tiredness that comes with sitting on a screen. Great training and gives me a great starting point for a new role and service. I like the signposting and ongoing offer of support and training to update CPD.

The Trainer has an excellent way to captivate learners’ attention. Using simple tools to make effective learning take place. This shows a very high level of expertise and intelligence, and I do not think I can add anything more.
